Spear It Charters runs a 2005 27" Contender.  Powered by twin 250 Yamaha four strokes.  She was custom built in Homestead, FL. She holds 225 gallons of fuel.  Her top speed in 60 mph which helps make short work of long offshore runs. She has state of the art electronics including Garmin GPS, Furuno depthfinder. A Uniden marine radio and CD player are provided for onboard entertainment while trolling or just keeping up to date of sport scores.

It's common pratice for the non anglers to enjoy the beauty of the open ocean from the bow area, which is very spacious and allows for sunbathing while anglers take care of the action at the stern.

There is a salt water wash down to ensure a clean angling area which always makes for a more enjoyable angling experience, there is also a fresh water wash down to rinse off after a dive, after taking a refreshing splash in the ocean or just to cool down.

The live well will ensure that there is plenty of live bait onboard or just to keep your dive catch alive, be it lobster or tropicals for your tank. There is plenty of dry storage for your valuebles and change of clothes.
